Mikayla is driven by her passion for building high-quality relationships with her clients. Everything she does is about creating trust and breaking down many of the intimidating barriers inherent in the real estate industry. As a a founder of Kula Properties, she encourages her clients to have fun, ask questions and to have a clear understanding of the process so everyone can be on the same page. To quote Mikayla, “You have to form a trusting relationship so you can set people up for success.” She works hard with her clients to remove all feelings of dread or anxiety through education and responsive communication, so they know they are valued and appreciated at all times. With her background in Marketing, as Marketing Director for @terrafinre . As well as community sales associate and marketing for new construction @brookstonehomes. She has the skills and mindset to enhance any real estate transaction.
 
Mikayla loves spending time with her husband, who is also in the real estate industry, and their 2 Mini-Aussies, and cat sunny. Together, their favorite hobby is to value the little moments life offers each day, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and nights with board games and wine.
